Meet Angel Harden
Angel Harden is an author, healer, and founder of Rongoā Angel – Healing Hands.
Everything she creates is connected by one purpose: healing.
Having survived addiction, trauma, abuse, and domestic violence, Angel understands what it means to rebuild a life from the ground up. Her lived experience shapes every part of her work, whether she is writing, practising rongoā Māori, restoring treasured family photographs, or supporting others on their own healing journey.
Forever Me – Here I Stand is her memoir, a deeply personal story of addiction, trauma, resilience, recovery, and finding hope again.
The Moon Landing Chronicles fantasy series was born from the world she imagined during her darkest moments, proving that even in the deepest darkness, hope and imagination can survive.
